超声波辅助提取花生衣红色素研究

摘    要:以花生衣为原料,乙醇为提取溶剂,辅以超声波技术提取花生衣红色素;结果表明。乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶8,超声波处理温度50℃,超声波处理时间20min,在此条件下花生衣红色素提取率可达33.25%。

Abstract:The peanut–skin red pigment was extracted from peanut–skin by ethanol solvent with ultrasonic technology assisted. The optimal conditions of extraction were: ethanol 60%,solid–liquid ratio 1∶8,ultrasonic treatment temperature 50℃,ultrasonic treatment time 20 min. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of peanut–skin red pigment was 33.25%.
