磨煤机简体漏粉原因分析及衬板改造方案

摘    要:针对钢球磨煤机筒体漏粉的难题,从磨煤机衬板材质、安装方式及使用维护等方面进行了原因分析,并提出了衬板的改造方案,指出采用无受力螺栓衬板技术进行改造后,可基本解决磨煤机断螺栓、漏粉及衬板脱落等难题。

Abstract:To tackle the coal leakage problem of ball mill cylinders in the thermal power station of SINOPEC Luoyang Co.,Ltd.,an analysis is made in terms of the lining plate material,installation method, use and maintenance of the mills,and a reconstruction scheme for lining plates put forward.It is indicated that the reconstruction using combined self-fastening lining plates with unstressed bolts can basically settle the difficult problems such as bolt fracture,pulverized coal leakage and lining plate fall-off of mills.
