Research on Promotion of Primacy Index of Central City in Jiaxing

This paper analyses the Urban Primacy Index of Jiaxing against the background of the rapid development of Yangtze River Delta Mega-city Region in order to find strategy of promoting the Primacy Index, and lead Jiaxing out of the "weak city" model to become an important part of the core area of Yangtze River Delta. This follows a plan of coordinated development of web cities and harmonious development of a pattern with central city at the core and regions as linkage.
