摘    要:极化磁系统具有体积小、重量轻、功耗低、灵敏度高、动作速度快等优点 ,被广泛应用于国防军事、现代通信、工业自动化等领域中的电磁继电器产品中。典型的极化磁系统主要有四种结构 ,其简化磁路等效数学模型是继电器设计的基础。本文在极化磁系统四种典型结构统一数学模型的基础上 ,建立了基于极面参数的能量平衡力矩公式 ,分析并研究了极面面积参数对永磁力矩零点偏移及吸合力矩特性的影响 ,所得出的结论对极化磁系统参数设计具有重要的指导作用

Abstract:Polarized magnetic system has a series of features,such as small volume,light weight,low power consumption,quick movement,ligh sensitive and so on.gtis widely used in electromagnetic relay products in such fields as national military defense,communication,industry automation and so on.The typical polarized magnetic system has mainly four structures and its simplified equivalent magnetic circuit model is the base of the design of the electromagnetic relay.In the process of designing electromagnetic relay with permanent magnet,the parameters of polar have been determined by the method combined with experience and experiment,which has the disadvantages of complex process and long design period.Based on the unified mathematics model of the polarized magnetic system,this thesis gives the torque equations with polar parameters,analyzes and studies the influences of polar area on the zero excursion of permanent magnet torque and attractive torque characteristic.The conclusions can direct the parameter design of polarized magnetic system.
