NaY分子筛的结构稳定性研究

摘    要:分析了用2种不同工艺合成的NaY分子筛结构稳定性存在的差别的原因。结果表明:用快速升温工艺合成2种NaY分子筛与传统工艺制备的NaY分子筛相比,其结晶度(XRD)法、硅铝比(XRD)法、非骨架铝和缺陷空穴相同或相近,但以快速升温工艺制备的NaY分子筛,其晶体粒度小,表面富铝,且Si(4AI)和Si(3AI)含量较高,是导致NaY稳定性变差的根本原因。

Abstract:The structure stability of two kinds of NaY zeolite was studied.The results showed that the NaY zeolite by fast-warm process had similar crystallinity(XRD method),Si/Al ratio (XRD method),non-framed aluminium and defect cavity as compared with those of NaY zeolite by traditional process,but it had smaller crystal size,aluminium-rich in surface and higher cowtents of Si(4Al)and Si(3Al),which led the worse stability of NaY zeolite.
