大口径厚壁埋弧直缝焊管内应力检测研究

摘    要:以广州新电视塔钢结构工程用大口径厚壁埋弧直缝焊管为对象,采用一种应用广泛且精度较好的检测方法一盲孔法,对厚壁直缝焊管内外表面的残余应力进行了检测。检测结果表明,该方法可以有效地测出钢管内部残余应力的大小与分布,可为结构设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Based on the project of a new television tower in Guangzhou,the blind-hole method is employed in this paper to measure the longitudinal and circular residual stress in the inner and outer surface of a steel tube.Test results indicate that the method can be used to measure the distribution and the value of the residual stress,which provides a scientific reference for structural engineers.
