| 摘 要： | 咖啡壶手柄．由于存在非常大的壁厚差异，且结构形状相当复杂，采用普通注塑工艺难以成型，必须采用气辅注射成型工艺。本文根据产品的结构特点．采用气辅注射成型工艺并设计其模具．在实际生产应用中．取得良好的结果。

| Abstract: | Because great thick differences exist on wall of handle of coffee pot and the structure is quite complicated, it is very difficult to produce with ordinary plastics injection process. So the gas assisted injection process must be adopted. Based on the structure characteristic of the handle, gas assisted injection mold is designed and applied in practice and obtained good results. |
