摘    要:操作票制度是中国电力系统运行管理中一种重要且有效的安全措施。为了能够减轻调度员的工作强度,提高操作的可靠性和智能型,文中设计并实现了一种基于能量管理系统(EMS)和调度员培训仿真(DTS)系统的智能操作票系统。该系统充分利用EMS和DTS系统中的一些功能和特点,实现了操作票图形开票和仿真预演以及操作票执行过程中的实时状态校核功能。实际运行表明,新系统可以提高调度员的工作效率和电网操作的安全性。

Abstract:Dispatching operation order system is one of the important and efficient security measures in the operation management of China's electric power system.To facilitate the dispatching operation and improve the reliability and intelligence of the operation,an intelligent dispatching operation order system based on energy management system(EMS) and dispatcher training simulator(DTS) system is designed and implemented.By using the functions and characteristics of DTS and EMS,the functions of graphic ticketing,simulation preview and real-time state check in the operation process are realized.The actual operation results demonstrate that the system proposed can improve the efficiency of dispatchers and security of power grid dispatching operation.
