阴离子石蜡乳液的制备及其在热敏涂料中的应用

石蜡乳液是一种重要的压力发色防止剂,但一直存在难乳化、乳液稳定性差、涂料在中性或弱碱性条件下才最稳定、涂料中各组分都是阴电性等问题。为此,我们制备出一种稳定且和热敏涂料具有良好相容性能的阴离子石蜡乳液,并确定了其最佳涂料配方。在固定无色染料、显色剂、增感剂、胶粘剂和其他添加剂用量不变时,最佳的涂料配方是填料22%、硬脂酸锌8%、石蜡5%。

Preparation of Cationic Paraffin Emulsion and Its Application in Thermosensitive Coating Material

Paraffin emulsion is an important pressure color-former preventing agent but a series of problems existed yet in it such as poor emulsification ability and emulsion stability,and the prepared coatings are stable only under neutral or weak alkaline conditions or when all the components are bearing negative electricity,a kind of anionic paraffin emulsion with good stability and good compatibility with thermosensitive coating was prepared,the optimum coating formulation was confirmed.The optimum formulations of coatings are as follows:when the amount of components such as colorless dyestuff,chromogenic agent,sensitizing agent,binders and other additives is invariable,the contents of filler,zinc stearate and paraffin are 22%,8% and 5% respectively.
