纳米钨系延期药的研究

摘    要:通过添加纳米钨粉,研究了钨粉粒度与级配对延期药燃烧速度的影响,以及纳米钨粉含量对延期药燃烧的可靠性影响.实验结果表明:在零氧平衡下,随着钨粉粒度减小,延期药燃速加快,有显著的线性对数关系,纳米钨粉对燃烧速度调节达毫秒级;当钨粉含量由30%降至15%时延期药仍能可靠燃烧,并且适合的粒度级配使燃烧速度有局部极大值出现.

Abstract:The effect of granularity and gradation of tungsten powder on the burning rate of tungsten type delay charge have been investigated.The burning reliability has been researched by changing content of tungsten powder.The results show that under zero oxygen balance,the burning rate of tungsten type delay charge accelerated with the decrease of the granularity of tungsten powder,and it show clear linear logarithmic relation between them.The burning rate adjusted by nanometer tungsten powder can reach up to millisecond level.The delay charge has been burnt reliably with the content of tungsten powder decreasing from 30% to 15%,the burning rate maximum has been appeared in fit gradation.
