深层砂过滤滤料和滤层厚度对煤泥水过滤效果的影响研究

摘    要:介绍了滤料和滤层厚度对过滤效果的影响。指出可利用不同粒度的滤料颗粒组成滤层,使之接近理想滤层。通过改变滤料的表面性质,可提高滤料对煤泥水中悬浮颗粒的去除效率。在砂过滤中,滤层厚度薄,底层含污量少,出水浊度高。因此,任何砂过滤器必须保证其滤层厚度,才能达到过滤的目的。

Abstract:The paper illustrates the influence of filtration material and filtration bed thickness on filtration performance. It is pointed that the filtration bed can be composed of different size of filtration particles making it more ideal for coal slurry filtration. Changing the filtration material surface feature can improve the performance of removal of fine particles suspended in coal slurry. With sand as filtration material, thinner bed and less contamination at the bed bottom will result in higher turbidity of effluent. Therefore, adequate thickness of filtration bed has to be ensured to obtain favorable performance of filtration.
