临钢高比例进口矿粉的烧结配矿研究

摘    要:对使用高比例进口矿烧结进行实验室研究,根据垂直烧结速度、+10mm粒度含量、转鼓指数、RI、RDI等指标,选择一至二种配比作为生产配比。研究结果表明,扬迪粉矿和PB粉矿可以作为烧结主干矿种,辅以巴西粗粉,可以取得较好产质量指标。

Abstract:A laboratory study was done on sintering with high proportion of imported iron ore. In terms of vertical sintering speed and +10 mm ratio and drum strength and RI and RDI etc.,One or two options are applied in production practice. The results show that Yandi and PB fine ore are used as main ore,supplemented by Brazilian fine ore,and a good quality indexes was reached.
