| 摘 要： | 以我国大型施工企业施工总承包管理实践为基础,对我国建筑企业总承包管理的现状进行了分析。面对加入WTO的机遇与挑战,指出了我国建筑企业在总承包管理方面存在的问题,提出了加强总承包管理的方法和对策。

| Abstract: | Take our country large-scale construction enterprise construction primary contractor management practice as the foundation,has carried on the analysis to our country construction enterprise primary contractor management present situation.Facing joins WTO the opportunity and the challenge, had pointed out our country construction enterprise the question which exists in the primary contractor management aspect.Proposed the enhancement primary contracting management method and the counter measure. |
