镁合金非铬酸盐表面处理

摘    要:讨论了ZM5镁合金非铬酸盐表面处理工艺.分析了前处理、化学转化膜等因素对涂膜质量的影响.利用显微硬度计、扫描电镜和杠杆式万能强度试验机分析测定了涂层的表面形貌、硬度和附着力.结果表明,在优化的工艺条件下,所得的涂层均匀且与基体的结合能力良好,对镁合金基体有较好的保护作用,提高了ZM5镁合金的耐湿热性、硬度等性能.

Abstract:Chromate-free surface treatment process for ZM5 magne sium alloy was discussed. Influences of factors such as pretreat ment, chemical conversion film on the quality of coating were an alyzed. The hardness, surface morphology and adhesion were an alyzed and examined respectively by micro - sclerometer, scanning electron microscope and lever style omnipotence intension test machine. Results show that the coating obtained under optimum process is uniform with better adhesion and protection to the substrate, and improves the hardness and moisture-heat resistance of magnesium alloy.
