摘    要:为解决三次采油后部分油井采出液含有聚合物或凝胶引起抽油机负荷增大,油井不能正常生产的问题,应用含有一定数量的硫酸根和环氧基的兼具阴离子和非离子表面活性剂双重性质的硫酸钠盐、挛连表面活性剂、极少量的氟碳表面活性剂与α-胡萝卜素等复配得到一种具有较强的乳化、润湿、分散性能的降黏剂FYR—J01。现场应用后,油井电机电流平均下降34.36%,抽油机负荷平均下降102.13%,为同类油井提供了技术借鉴。

Abstract:The produced liquid of some well contains polymer or gel after enhanced oil recovery (EOR), it lead that load of the pump increased and well did not work normally. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to introduce viscosity reducer FYR-J01. It was composed by a certain amount of sulfuric acid-based and epoxy-based sodium salt with both anionic and non-ionic surfactant nature, gemini surfactants and a-carotene, with a strong emulsifying, wetting, dispersion properties. After the oil field application, the average motor current and pumping load is reduced by 34. 36 % and 102. 13%, respectively. It provided a technical reference for similar wells.
