摘    要:为研究膳食中营养因素与高血压的关系,采用问卷与体检的方法,对扬州大学旅游烹饪学院92位教职员工进行调查.调查结果表明,膳食中的肉、禽肉、杂粮、豆类、油类的摄入频率对高血压有一定的影响.合理的膳食对于预防和控制高血压的发生发展是有益的.

Abstract:An investigation of the relationship between the nutrients in diet and high blood pressure was conducted on 92 students coming from College of Tourism and Culinary Science of Yangzhou University by making inquiries and physical examinations. The results show that the intake frequency of pork, poultry meats, food grains other than wheat and rice, various beans and oils can exert a certain effect on high blood pressure. A reasonable diet is beneficial to the prevention and control of the development of high blood pressure.
