摘    要:管道震击破坏已经成为引起油气输送管道泄漏的最主要因素.采用高灵敏度的加速度传感器采集微弱的震击破坏声信号,阐述了基于AD620仪表运算放大器放大电路设计和2阶带通滤波器的设计方法.通过Multisim对设计的电路进行了仿真,并且在管道敲击破坏实验中取得了理想的效果.

Abstract:Hitting damage to oil and gas transmission pipelines has already been the major damage factor to pipe leaking. In this paper, the design of amplifier based on AD620 is described. And a design method of the two-order passband filter is provided in detail. The circuit is simulated by Muhisim and is proved to acquire good effect by the experiment of detecting the weak signal from hitting to pipeline.
