摘    要:柔性铰链机构是一种新型的微位移机构,具有无机械摩擦、无间隙、无热源、运动连续、不需润滑及分辨率高等优点,因而在许多领域得到了广泛应用。为了分析柔性铰链机构的输出位移,采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行参数化有限元分析,APDL语言(ANSYS Parameter Design Language)是ANSYS软件提供的参数化程序设计语言,采用该语言可以分别地建立柔性铰链机构的几何实体模型。文章首先介绍了参数化编程语言APDL,再提出了用该语言进行编程实现参数化实体建模的一种方法,最后,以单平行四杆柔性铰链机构为例证明这是一种方便、快速的实体建模方法。

Abstract:As an new micro-displacement mechanism, flexure hinge mechanism has been widely used in many fields. They have many advantages; no stick-slip friction, no clearance, smooth and continuous displacement, no need of lubrication and inherently infinite resolution. The finite element software ANSYS is applied to analyze the output displacement of flexure hinge mechanism, and its geometric solid modeling can be fast created with the parametric language APDL provided by the software ANSYS. The parametric language APDL is firstly introduced in the paper,then a new method of parametric solid modeling is set up through programming in the language. This method is proved to be a fast and easy method of parametric solid modeling by taking example for single four-bar flexure hinge mechanism in the end.
