摘    要:航天二院91号研发楼工程屋面22.8m×24.0m的大开间采用无粘结预应力LPM空心板技术,解决了跨度大、层高低、荷载重及管线布置复杂等矛盾。施工前周密策划,采取层层把关、过程跟踪检查等措施,施工效果良好。

Abstract:In the No.91 Research and Development Building Project of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. No.2 Institute, unbonded prestressed LPM cored slabs are used on the roof of a large bay of 22.8 mx24.0m to solve the contradiction among large span, low storey height, heavy load and complex pipeline layout, etc. Careful planning is prepared before construction, strict control and process follow-up inspection measures are adopted to guarantee favorable construction effects.
