薄壁容器的极限压力迭代法及其应用

摘    要:薄壁压力容器不同于普通压力容器 ,在受到压力发生轴向拉伸时 ,当材料达到屈服极限后还将发生塑性变形 ,其实际爆破压力 (极限压力 )远大于屈服极限。根据斯塔尔法 ,介绍一种薄壁容器极限压力迭代求解方法 ,并对其应用进行了研究 ,这对薄壁压力容器的设计、试验、制造具有十分重要的参考价值。

Abstract:It shows that thin-wall vessel is different from ordinary pressure vessel. When axial extension happens under the pressure, the plastic deformation will continue even if the stress reaches its yield limit. The actual ultimate pressure is far larger than limit. Based on Starr method, the paper gives an iterative algorithm of calculating ultimate pressure for the thin-wall vessel and its application. This method is important in designing and manufacturing thin-wall vessels.
