磁流变振动工作台优化设计

摘    要:本文设计和开发磁流变振动工作台。它包括可控振源、信号采集、动力学分析、磁流变阻尼振动控制等。介绍其工作原理、结构特点,并探讨阻尼孔间隙、活塞直径等结构设计参数对机构性能的影响,提出多目标规划的磁流变阻尼器优化设计模型,综合考虑阻尼力和结构的动态品质,规定权重和子目标的追求值,设计出满足不同要求的、性能优良的阻尼器和振动控制系统。

Abstract:The design process of a set of magnetorheological oscillating platform was presented which is made up of controllable oscillating producing device, signal collecting device, computer software for dynamic analysis, magnetorheological damper etc. The working and configuration principles of the platform were introduced,relationships was discussed between some structure parameters, for example the damping slot and piston diameter,mechanism performances like damping force and dynamic range.A model was put forward for magnetorheological damper optimizing design which is based on multi- targets layout principle.Considering the damping force and dynamic range, the model can satisfy demands of diverse applications for designing damper with good performances by assuming proportional values and minor targets.
