摘    要:针对汽轮机启、停过程中发生的汽缸上、下壁温差大的故障进行了分析,指出其原因是疏水系统存在缺陷,因而提出了疏水系统的改进方案和操作的建议。实施改造后保证了汽轮机的安全运行,启动过程中汽缸上、下壁温差保持在40K以下。

Abstract:The failure of too large temperature difference between upper and lower wall of turbine cylinder during start/stop period of the turbine was analyzed,which was found to be caused by imperfect structure of the drainage system,for which retrofit scheme and manipulation suggestions were proposed.Actual temperature difference between the upper and lower wall is now below 40 K during start up period after retrofit,resulting in safety operation of the turbine.
