氢扩散阳极在电解锌中的研究

摘    要:在湿法炼锌电解过程中,用氢扩散阳极代替传统的阳极,可以达到节能的目的.使用铂催化剂氢扩散阳极作阳极,在电解液中通入H2进行电解试验,节能可达50%左右.同时,介绍了氢扩散阳极的结构、节能原理以及在研制和试验时存在的一些问题.最后,对于氢扩散阳极在湿法冶金上的应用进行了展望.

Abstract:The hydrogen diffusion anode was used in zinc hydrometallurgy to replace the traditional anode for energy saving. When the lead-silver anode was replaced by the hydrogen diffusion anode (HDA) including Pt catalyst in electrolysis experiment with the hydrogen into the electrolyte, energy would be reduced about 50%. The structure of hydrogen diffusion anode (HDA), the energy-saving theory and some questions existed in manufacture and experiments were introduced at the same time. Finally, application and development of hydrogen diffusion anode in metallurgy were forecasted.
