摘    要:结合空调产业钣金件使用的实际情况,对影响常用钣金件刚度的诸多因素进行了详细的数值仿真分析,得出在考虑成本和刚度前提下钣金件翻边高度和宽度的比例关系,以及通过合理设计截面形状使不同厚度材料之间可相互替代等实用结论.

Abstract:In this article,according to the actual using situation of sheet metal parts in air-conditioning industry.The detailed digital simulation analysis of many factors affected the common sheet metal rigidity was carried out.Some practical conclusions were obtained.First,the proportional relationship between flange altitude and width of sheet metal parts considering the premise of cost and rigidity.Secondly,different thickness materials can be substituted in certain circumstances through the reasonable design of section shape.
