摘    要:介绍丙乳砂浆、聚硫密封膏、堵漏剂、聚氨酯灌浆材料、硅粉抗磨蚀剂、环氧灌浆材料等修补材料的主要性能 .针对新疆喀浪古尔水利枢纽引水泄洪洞混凝土存在的渗漏、裂缝、蜂窝、狗洞、麻面、错台等缺陷 ,提出采用上述材料进行相应缺陷修补的方案 .经修补后的引水泄洪洞混凝土衬砌内在强度明显提高 ,硅粉砂浆 2 8d平均抗压强度达到 48.6MPa,抗折强度达到 1 1 .8MPa;丙乳砂浆 2 8d平均抗压强度达到 3 9MPa ;混凝土衬砌抗磨蚀性能及表观状况也得到大幅度改善

Abstract:An introduction is given to the main performances of some kinds of patching materials, such as the polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar, leakage blocking agent, polyurethane sealant, antiwear silica agent, and epoxy grouting materials. In view of some concrete defects in spillway tunnels of the Kelanggur Hydro Project, including leakage, cracking, honeycomb, cavity, pockmark, and dislocation, different schemes are proposed for mending of different concrete defects by use of the above materials. After mending, the inner strength of the concrete liner is obviously improved, the averaged compressive strength and bending strength of the silica cement mortar reach 48 6?MPa and 11 8?MPa respectively, and the averaged compressive strength of the polyacrylate emulsion cement mortar reaches 39MPa on the 28th day by a sampling test. Also, the abrasive resistance and apparent situation of the concrete liner are greatly improved.
