激发剂CaO对建筑石膏复合胶凝材料性能的影响研究

摘    要:研究了激发剂CaO对建筑石膏复合胶凝材料的凝结时间、流动度、强度等性能的影响,并通过无极电阻率测定仪、扫描电镜等测试手段进行了水化进程、颗粒形貌变化的研究。结果表明,建筑石膏复合胶凝材料的凝结时间随着激发剂的加入而延长,流动度则会增大;激发剂对建筑石膏复合胶凝材料体系的3天强度具有减弱作用,对粉煤灰单掺的建筑石膏体系的28天强度具有增强作用,而对粉煤灰-水泥复掺建筑石膏体系28天抗压强度影响不大。

Abstract:This paper studied the effect of activator-CaO on setting time,fluidity and strength of building gypsum compositely cementitious materials,by using non-contacting electrical resistivity device and scanning electric microscope(SEM),the change of hydrate process and particle morphology was also studied.The results indicated that along with the increase of activator,the setting time of compositely cementitious materials would prolong,and the fluidty would be larger.Activator would decrease the 3th's strength of compositely cementitious materials,but could increase the 28th's strength of only adding fly ash system,and it had little effect on the building gypsum system of compositely adding fly ash and cement.
