废旧锌锰干电池中锰的回收条件研究

摘    要:测定了废旧碱性锌锰干电池的组成,探索了焙烧碳粉在硝酸、双氧水体系中的酸解行为,分析了硝酸用量、双氧水用量、反应温度和反应时间对碳粉中金属Zn和Mn浸取率的影响,并通过滴加碳酸钠,高温分解碳酸锰粉末制备二氧化锰。结果表明:①最佳酸解反应条件为,取焙烧碳粉5.40 g,加入20 mL HNO3(1∶1),40 mL H2O2(3%),60℃下反应1 h,锌的浸取率可达91.7%,锰的浸取率可达98.3%;②减压过滤,滤液逐滴滴加过量0.5 mol/L的Na2CO3溶液制得碳酸锰,碳酸锰在350℃分解12 min,得二氧化锰3.77 g,锰的回收率为93.2%。该方法简单易行,对设备要求不高,锰的回收效率较高,该研究将为回收利用废旧碱性锌锰电池中金属锰提供一定理论依据。

Abstract:The composition of wasted zinc-manganese battery was measured.The effects of temperature,time and the amounts of nitric acid and H2O2 on the dissolution behaviour of baked carbonate powder were studied,and manganese dioxide was prepared by breaking down carbonic manganese power getting from the reaction of filtrate and Na2CO3.The results indicate that the optimum experimental conditions are as follows:5.40 g carbonate powder,20 mL nitric acid(1 ∶1),40 mL H2O2(3%),reacted 1 h at 60 ℃,where the leaching rate of manganese and zinc can reach 98.3% and 91.7% respectively.Put an overdose of Na2CO3 solution(0.5 mol/L) to the filtrate of Mn(NO3)2,then the product carbonic manganese was heated at 350 ℃ for 12 min,and 3.77 g manganese dioxide was got,the recovery yield of managanese reached 93.2%.This method has the advantages of being easy to implement,low facility request and high manganese recovery,which will provide theoretical basis for recycle and use of manganese in wasted alkaline zinc-manganese battery.
