Zn-5%Al合金热浸镀层微结构及其防腐机理研究

摘    要:分析了Zn-5%Al合金热浸镀层的结构及成分,发现该镀层中存在着特殊的纳米晶粒和非晶态结构,这种微结构的过渡层和内镀层非常耐蚀,成功地减小了晶间腐蚀的速度,显示了Zn-5%Al镀层优越的耐蚀性能。

Abstract:The microstructure and composition of coating hot dipped with Zn 5%Al alloy were analyzed in this paper Special crystal grain and amorphous transition structure were discovered in the coating This transition microstructure is very corrosion resistance It successfully reduced the corrosion rate between the crystals which demonstrated the superior corrosion resistance of Zn 5%Al coating
