| 摘 要： | 分析了Zn-5%Al合金热浸镀层的结构及成分，发现该镀层中存在着特殊的纳米晶粒和非晶态结构，这种微结构的过渡层和内镀层非常耐蚀，成功地减小了晶间腐蚀的速度，显示了Zn-5%Al镀层优越的耐蚀性能。
