植物油脂中脂肪酸的分离与鉴定方法

摘    要:本文介绍了油脂中脂肪酸的提取及脂肪酸甲酯的制备,应用硝酸银硅胶柱层析、反相液液分配层析和高压液相色谱等方法分离脂肪酸。采用气相色谱、氧化断链与远端化学修饰技术等手段鉴定脂肪酸结构。

Abstract:This paper introdaced the methods of isolation and identifical of fatty acids from oil.TheAgNO3-silica gelcolumn,HPLC and liquid-liquid partition chromatography were used to separate the fattyacids.the identifical methods of fatty acids by means of GC,Periodate-Permanganate oxidation,chemicalmodification and GC-MS were reported.
