湿法探水焊条的研制

摘    要:开发了D型湿法深水用焊条,该焊条具有与美国生产的湿法焊条(相当于E6013)相近的良好焊接工艺性能,而其抗气孔能力比E6013焊条强,60 m水深焊接时,基本无内外气孔,接头的塑性比 E6013焊条好,同时,在焊条药皮表面喷涂一薄层均匀致密的粉末塑料作防水层,使焊条具有良好的防水性能。

Abstract:D- type deep water wet welding electrode has been developed. This electrode has a good technological property similar to the wet welding electrode made in USA(approximates E6013 ) and its pore prevention ability is better than E6013. When welding under the water - depth of 60 meters , there's almost no porosity to occur, and the weld's ductility is better than that of E6013. By coating a thin sheet of even and compact powder plastic on the electrode's surface, it has a very good waterproof property.
