| 摘 要： | 两叶平直叶搅拌器在135 m3PVC聚合釜的生产过程中,在近轴毂处形成了球状塑化物,严重影响产品质量。通过与三叶后掠式搅拌器的对比搅拌模拟试验,分析了两叶平直叶搅拌器形成塑化物的原因,并提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | When two flat blade agitators are used in 135 m~3 PVC polymerizers,there will be global plasticization objects formed around the axle hub and it will seriously influence the product quality.After contrasting the simulation stirring tests with those of three swept back blade agitators,the causes of forming the plastcization objects around the two blade agitators are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward. |
