摘    要:对于发电机出线通水铜排磨损和通水焊口砂眼的故障处理,提出了一种新的解决方案,即采用金属修补刹和浸渗密封剂修补磨损面和封堵砂眼,并介绍了此种故障处理方法的工艺技术和使用经验。实践证明,在工期短、备件准备不足的情况下,使用化学制品进行金属修补和砂眼堵漏是一条有效的故障修复途径。

Abstract:The use of metal mending and osmotic sealing agent is presented to mend the abrasion of outlet water-carrying copper banks and to clog the blowholes on water craters of generators.The concrete technique and application experience are described.Practice shows that under the circumstances of short construction period and inadequate preparation of spare parts,using chemicals in metal mending and blowhole clogging is an effective way for corrective maintenance.
