摘    要:通过设计和优化电动自行车用阀控式铅酸蓄电池的制造工艺和电池化成工艺,研究了电池循环寿命试验过程中电池容量、内阻、充电效率、饱和度以及电池失重等的电池退化过程和失效原因。电池以100DoD%放电至70%的额定容量终止寿命试验,最高循环达到687次。

Abstract:The manufacturing and battery formation technologies of valve-regulated lead-acid(VRLA)batteries were optimized.The degeneration and failure mode of the batteries were studied by measuring the capacity,internal resistance,charge efficiency,saturation and water loss in the test of cycle life.The longest life reaches 687 cycles ranging from 100 % DoD to 70 % rated capacity.
