| 摘 要： | 介绍了CJ9．7／9．7防羽布产品的风格和特点以及浆纱、织造工艺。浆纱工艺采用了“高浓度、低粘度、高压上浆”;织造工艺采用了“早开口、低后梁、迟引纬”。改善了织口清晰度,保证了浆纱质量,提高了织机效率。

| Abstract: | The style and characteristics of CJ9.7/9.7 down-proof cloth and the technologies in sizing and weaving process are introduced.The technologies of "high density,low viscosity,high pressare" applied in sizing process and "early shedding,low back rail,late filling insertion"applied in weaving process improved the shed clearness,ensured sizing quality and increased the weaving efficiency. |
