摘 要: | 在木粉的分选研究中,本文采用旋风分离器作为一种木粉颗粒分选设备,利用转圈理论进行旋风分离器的设计分析,将设计结果导入CFD软件Fluent模拟三维稳态流动,使用DPM离散模型进行颗粒跟踪。通过分析模拟结果验证转圈理轮,也为以后将旋风分离器作为一种颗粒分选设备的方法提供了参考依据。

The design and research of the cyclone separation of wood flour based on the analysis of steady-state flow design |

Abstract: | In the research of sorting wood flour, this paper use cyclone separator as a wood flour sorting machine which design with Circular Motion Theory, and put the results into Fluent. Simulation the Steady-state flow with DPM which can be used for particle tracking. By analyzing the simulation results we can verify the Circular Motion Theory, also device to provide a reference method that used cyclone separator as a Wood Flour sorting machine. |
