焦炉煤气中低温换热甲烷化工业试验分析

摘    要:介绍了焦炉煤气中低温换热甲烷化合成天然气新技术的5 000 m3/d规模工业试验过程,以72 h考核数据为基础,对试验数据进行了整理和分析,得到了焦炉煤气合成天然气的优化操作条件:合成压力0.4MPa~0.8 MPa,温度250℃,蒸汽压力3.3 MPa,热点温度460℃,在此操作条件下,不补加蒸汽,反应气不循环,CO转化率达100%,CO2转化率可达99%。该技术具有自主知识产权,可为焦炉煤气加工利用提供新的途径。

Abstract:The test process was introduced for the new technology of making synthesis natural gas(SNG) by coke oven gas(COG) methanation through mid-low temperature heat exchange.The test data were reviewed and analyzed and the new process of COG to SNG in one step was found.This is a new way to process and utilize the coke oven gas.
