摘    要:介绍了国内外几种典型的褐煤固体热载体热解提质工艺,并从原理、操作条件、原料、热解产品、能量利用率、局限性等方面对各种工艺进行了分析对比;分析了工业上常用的固体热载体的优缺点,提出了褐煤固体热载体热解技术的发展方向。

Abstract:This paper gave a comprehensive comparison and discussion of the technologies of lignite pyrolysis with solid heat carrier available home and abroad.And it analyses the advantages and disadvantages of the solid heat carrier.Clean and comprehensive utilization of coal is developing very fast in the last few years.The co-production system in combination with the circulating fluidized bed(CFB) combustion process with lignite pyrolysis over the catalytic solid heat carrier can improve the utilization of lignite.The polygeneration system shall be the leading means of lignite utilization in a clean and highly efficient way.
