| Abstract: | The cause of blockage or high resistance of the gas preheater was analyzed and improvement and countermeasures were advocated.The main cause of the blockage was the secondary salt in the desulfurization solution which attacked and corroded the equipment.By controlling the salt quantity in the desulfurization solutions and the gas entrainment,reducing the temperature of the preheater and replacing the preheater with a stainless steel one,the problem of high resistance of the preheater was solved,and stable operation of the plant was ensured. |
