| Abstract: | The production philosophy,process flow and the DCS core control system of the 300 000 t/a coal-to-methanol plant was introduced.3 entrained flow coal-water slurry continuous pressure gasifiers were adopted in the plant which features high temperature,high pressure,and exposed to inflammation and explosion.Therefore,it sets a high demand on the automatic control system of the plant.This is the first time that the home-made HOLLiAS MACS core control system was applied in the large coal water slurry gasifiers.After putting into production,the process control of the whole plant has been smooth and reliable. |
