数控机床二轴数控转台动力学仿真与耦合分析

摘    要:二轴数控转台是五轴联动数控机床的关键部件,文章运用多体动力学理论对摇篮式二轴数控转台的动力学特性进行了研究.首先建立转台的结构仿真模型和动力学模型,然后在理论推导动力学方程和耦合方程的基础之上,借助动力学仿真软件RecurDyn仿真并验证了其动力学性能和耦合作用.在进行耦合分析时,提出了一种将两轴单独运动与同时运动相对比的方法,得出了反映转台在各种运动状态下耦合作用的图形与数据,并提出优化设计的参考建议.

Abstract:2-D NC turntable is the key component of five-axis NC machine tools.This paper researched dynamic characteristics of compound 2-D NC turntable base on multi-body dynamics theory.The first thing to do is to create its structure simulation model and dynamic model.Then dynamic equation and coupling equation are derived theoretically,so that the dynamic characteristics and coupling effect can be simulated and validated by using RecurDyn.In the process of coupling analysis,a method proposed is to compare separate motion with simultaneous motion of the two axes.Image and date can be obtained to reflect the coupling effect of turntable in different movement condition.Accordingly,some referenced proposals are put forward for optimal design.
