基于建筑结构设计的建筑经济性分析

建筑结构作为建筑物的骨架,其设计严重影响着建筑的经济性。研究建筑结构设计与建筑经济性的关系可以有效减少结构设计阶段的损失与浪费,对保证建筑设计的科学合理性具有重要意义。该文从建筑结构设计角度分析建筑经济性,分别从建筑结构选型、建筑材料以及旧建筑改造三方面分析其对建筑经济性的影响。在进行建筑设计时,建筑设计工作者不仅要掌握建筑设计领域的专业知识,还要对设计过程中的薄弱环节加强相关知识的积累,以期获得最佳经济效益的建筑设计方案。另外,旧建筑改造设计的经济性远远高于新建建筑,其在节约造价、缩短工期以及保存城市文化等方面具有明显优势。

Analysis on Architectural Economy Based On Architectural Structure Design

As the skeleton of the architecture, architectural structure design has an important influence on the architecture economy. Studying the relation-ship between architecture economy and architectural structure can reduce the loss and waste in the later design phase and ensure the reasonability of ar-chitecture design. This paper, from the perspective of building structural design, analyses the influence on architecture economy from the three aspects of building structure selection, building materials and old building reconstruction. In the architectural design phase, architectural designer should not only master the professional knowledge in the field of architectural design, but also accumulate abundant knowledge of the weak design process, so he could obtain the architectural design scheme with the greatest economic benefits. In addition, the old building reconstruction has better economy than that of a newly-built one, for it has obvious advantages in construction cost, construction period and urban cultural structure preservation.
