单轨装配式桥墩结构受力与变形分析

摘    要:对重庆市轨道交通单轨装配式桥墩结构进行空间有限元仿真分析,研究桥墩整体结构在单孔双行、双孔双行、单孔单行、双孔单行等荷载下的应力分布与变形规律。计算结果表明单轨装配式桥墩结构受力与变形满足结构强度和功能要求,但在节段线附近存在局部应力集中现象,特别是墩顶与盖梁、墩底与承台节段线附近,因此在设计上应避免结构几何形状突变,局部加强构造钢筋,防止节段线附近的混凝土开裂。

Loading and Deformation Analysis of Monorail Fabricated Bridge Pier Structure
Abstract:The monorail fabricated bridge structure in Chongqing rail transport is analyzed through spatial FEM simulation to study the stress distribution and deformation rule of the whole pier structure under different loadings. The results show that the loading and deformation of monorail fabricated bridge structure meet the requirements of structure strength and functions, but partial stress centralizes at near sections, especially that of pier top, pier coping, pier bottom and cap, so geometric change should be avoided in design, and constructional reinforcement should be strengthened in parts to prevent the concrete cracking near sections.
