轻质隔墙板用陶粒混凝土的试验研究

为研究陶粒混凝土在轻质隔墙板中的应用,将陶粒、普通砂作为粗细骨料,通过添加发泡剂降低其干表观密度,以胶骨比、砂率和发泡剂用量设计正交试验,对影响陶粒混凝土干表观密度和抗压强度的相关因素进行分析,最终制备出干表观密度和抗压强度均满足需求的轻质隔墙板用陶粒混凝土。

Application Test of Ceramic Concrete in Light Partition Board

To study the application of ceramic concrete in light partition board, porcelain granule and common sand are taken as coarse and fine aggre-gate, with foaming agent adopted to reduce its dry apparent density, and W/A, sand ratio and foaming agent amount applied to design the orthogonal test, related factors influencing the dry apparent density of ceramic concrete are analyzed, and light partition board of ceramic concrete is obtained meeting the requirements of dry apparent density and compressive strength.
