钛/钢复合板爆炸焊接修补试验研究

摘    要:钛/钢复合板出现不贴合时,熔化焊难以形成稳定的牢固接头,无法满足后续加工对结合强度的要求。为了得到牢固的焊接接头,对较大面积不贴合钛/钢复合板采用爆炸焊接修补技术,通过控制爆炸焊接修补工艺和技术参数,可以形成满足行业标准要求的爆炸焊接钛/钢复合板,修补后的复合板各项性能指标均能满足后续加工要求。

Experiment Study on Explosion Welding Repair of Titanium/Steel Composite Plate
Abstract:When the titanium/steel composite plate does not fit, it is hard to form a stable solid joint, unable to meet the requirements of the subsequent processing. To get a strong welded joint, the explosion welding repair technology is adopted for large titanium/steel composite plate, and along with the technological indexes controlled, the explosion welding titanium/steel composite board with industrial standard can be made with all performance index-es meeting the subsequent processing requirements.
