摘    要:介绍了NMCTIO型烧结混合料水分测控系统的特点及控制原理。该系统采用了先进的测控技术,并采用反馈控制、串级控制和补偿控制相结合的方法,解决了长期困扰的混合料水分波动难以满足烧结生产需要的技术难题,减轻了岗位工作劳动强度,提高了设备作业率,生产效益明显提高。

Abstract:Characteristics and control principle of a type NMC710 moisture measurement and control system for sinter mixture are introduced. In the system, advanced measurement and control technology was adopted. In addition, feedback control, cascade control and offset control were combined to solve mixture moisture fluctuation problem that has perplexed sintering production for a long time. Practices show that labour intensity was reduced, equipment operation rate was raised, and production benefits was improved obviously.
