摘    要:通过对变截面梁-板耦合结构的功率流研究,提出用变截面梁吸收弹性体的振动,论证了变截面梁式动力吸振器的宽带吸振性能,分析了梁的结构参数、梁在板上的连接位置等对吸振效果的影响,为设计适合于弹性主振系的新型梁式宽带动力吸振器奠定了基础。仿真结果表明:梁式动力吸振器吸振频带宽、吸振效果好,加之其结构简单.安装方便,有一定的工程应用前景。

Abstract:Based on the power flow characteristic of beam-plate couplied structure, the idea of reducing the resonance of elastic structures with non-uniform beam is proposed. The ability of non-uniform beam in absorbing the broadband resonance vibration is verified by simulation. The effect of the structure parameters and positions of non-uniform beam on the vibration reduction is analyzed in detail. All these provide the basis for designing new dynamic vibration absorber (DVA) that is fit for the resonance vibration reduction of elastic structures. The results demonstrate that the non-uniform beam DVA can absorb a broader band resonance vibration and has a better effect in vibration suppression. In addition, the DVA is simple in structure, easy to fix, and promising for practical use.
