功率超声电源的研制

摘    要:本文介绍了一种具有无相差频率自动跟踪和输出功率恒定功能的功率超声电源,此电源采用集成锁相环来实现无相差自动频率跟踪,采用PWM方式控制BUCK电路的斩波,达到恒功能及功率可调的目的。另外,此电源系统还有电路简单、工作可靠、体积小、重量轻、成本低、实用性强等特点。

Abstract:A power ultrasonic supply,which can realize zero phase difference frequency tracing and fixedness of output power,is presented in this paper.Zero phase difference frequency tracing is realized with integrated PLL circuit in this supply.The power output can hold fixedness and can be changed through changing the output voltage of BUCK circuit with the control of PWM control circuit.The supply system is simple,smaller,lighter,and not expensive.
