摘    要:由于含有P元素,以及受实际轧制设备工艺现状的制约,09CuT1RE-A型材的冲击韧性波动较大。这种波动源于实际工艺造成的析出、沉淀强化及晶粒不均等所导致的脆转温度过高。通过正火可以提高冲击性能的稳定性。而在Nb微合金化的基础上,通过控制轧制,则可以大幅度降低脆转温度,实现强度和冲击韧性的同步提高。

Abstract:The impact toughness of 09CuPTiRE-A section material fluctuates because of P element and the limitation of practical rolling equipment and technique. Super high brittle-ductile transition temperature resulted by precipitation, precipitation strengthening and uneven crystal grain are the origin. The stability of impact property may be increased through normalization. On the basis of Nb microalloying, the brittle-ductile transition temperature may be greatly decreased to simultaneously improve strength and impact toughness by means of controll rolling.
