方山口石煤提钒焙烧工艺研究

摘    要:研究了焙烧对从方山口石煤中提钒的影响,考察了焙烧温度、入炉温度、有机质、添加剂氯化钠用量、焙烧时间、焙烧气氛和矿样粒度对钒浸出率的影响,试验发现,对来自同一矿区的矿样,当其中钙元素质量分数较高时,熟料中高价钒的水浸出率较低,采用1%的硫酸作为浸出剂对水浸渣进行再浸出,钒的浸出率可提高10%,最高可提高40%-50%。

Abstract:The influence of roasting temperature,time,atmosphere and organics in stone coal,percentage of additive (NaCl),particle size of stone coal sample on leaching rate of vanadium are studied.Experiment results show that the leaching rate of vanadium in roasted stone coal in water is lower when mass fraction of calcium in stone coal is higher.After being leached with water,it is releached with 1% sulphuric acid,the leaching rate of vanadium can be increased by 10%.
