| 摘 要： | 企业产权交易市场的功能实现研究 ,对企业产权交易市场的规范、有序发展 ,进而对于深化企业改革促进企业发展具有重要的意义。文章由此出发 ,就企业产权交易市场对优化资源配置、实现产业结构调整 ,以及形成有效的产权交易市场价格机制等方面的作用进行了研究 ,提出一些可供参考的意见

| Abstract: | The research on the realization of functions of property trade market of enterprises is of great significance for the normal and orderly development of the property trade market and the further reform of the enterprises. In view of this, the article makes a research on its functions on improving the disposal of resources, realizing the adjustment of the industrial structure, and forming the effective price system of the property trade market etc. . It also puts forward some ideas that can be used for reference. |
